Processing & production
All orders are produced once they are placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary due to distance, carrier handling, and customs processing.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking to activate.
International orders, customs & duties
We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Flawsome Tribe cannot be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or global events outside our control. While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, we’re always here to help track your order.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
